Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is necessary for an employer representative to receive confidential information and to perform any and all acts the employer can perform relating to the Vermont Unemployment Insurance Program. Additional information and/or the division's Power of Attorney form (Form C-50) may be obtained online or by calling (802) 828-4344.
