Unemployment Insurance Fraud
If you suspect someone may be receiving unemployment benefits that may not be entitled to such benefits, you are encouraged to submit a fraud report. All information you provide to this department is kept confidential. It is important to provide as much information as possible and a method in which to contact you, in the event the investigator has further questions.

Workers' Compensation Fraud
If you suspect someone may be receiving workers' compensation benefits that they may not be entitled to, you are encouraged to submit a notification of possible fraud. You can do this by submitting a Report of Suspected Workers' Compensation Insurance Fraud together with any supporting documentation. It is important to provide as much information as possible and a method in which to contact you, in the event the investigator has further questions.
