* Purpose of Vocational Rehabilitation *

The primary objective of vocational rehabilitation is to reduce the human and financial effects of work-related disabilities by provision of timely, high-quality rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation services should have a positive impact not only on the individual's return to suitable employment, but on other critical aspects of functioning including physical, economic, educational, social and psychological well-being.
