Act 208 of the 2008 Legislative Session directed the Commissioner of Labor, in consultation with the Department of Labor Advisory Council, to review current vocational rehabilitation practices and activities in the workers' compensation system.

There will be a public hearing to receive public input and comment on the vocational rehabilitation services provided pursuant to the Vermont Workers' Compensation Act.
