This is to inform you of the new launch date for Vermont Department of Labor’s (VDOL) adoption of Claims EDI Release 3.1. The new EDI Claims Release 3.1 launch date will be in May 2025. Plans are still in progress to finalize an exact go live date, however, May 2025 is the target month. Until then, VDOL continues to use Release R1.0 with no change in the current process.
The latest VDOL Claims EDI Release 3.1 EDI tables will be available at this location on the Vermont website: https://labor.vermont.gov/WCEDI. All Trading Partner Agreement documents submitted for VDOL Release 3.1 remain valid and will be implemented during the R3.1 go live activities. The Certification testing that has been completed by Trading Partners and EDI Vendors remains effective for the new Release 3.1 launch date in May 2025. The VDOL Release 3.1 test environment is currently still available for Trading Partners to begin or continue testing.
