Workers’ Compensation Adjuster’s Early Spring 2021 Conference

SAVE THE DATE! Workers’ Compensation Adjuster’s Early Spring 2021 Conference: 

In keeping with CDC,  U.S. Government, and State of Vermont advisories regarding the COVID-19 virus, the Vermont Department of Labor and Ryan Smith & Carbine, Ltd. will hold its Workers' Compensation Adjusters Early Spring 2021 Conference on Wednesday, March 3 - Thursday, March 4, 2021.  The Early Spring conference will be a hybrid conference, with both in-person and virtual options.  All other licensees and interested parties are also welcome to register and attend.

Conference Details: Seminars begin at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3 and conclude at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 4.  Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.  Please note the times for the conference and make certain that travel arrangements do not conflict with the start and end times.  Attendees must be present for the whole conference for continuing education credit.

In-Person Option Location: The in-person location for the conference will be the Hilton Hotel, Burlington, Vermont. To make hotel reservations call the Hilton Burlington’s Central Reservations line at 1-800-445-8667 and mention the special rate code of 'VT DOL WC Adjusters' to get the group rate. The reservation link is available in the registration link below. **The room rate for March 3 and 4 is $129/night. (Additional taxes may apply and there is an additional fee for parking of $15 per day in the adjacent parking garage.)  The "cut off" date for accepting reservations is February 9, 2021.  Register early to guarantee room reservations before the block of rooms sells out.  Once the block is sold the room rates cannot be guaranteed.
