Notice to Regular Unemployment Insurance and PUA Claimants:
While Indigenous Peoples Day (October 12, 2020) is not a day in which state offices are closed, it will impact the Department's ability to process benefit payments, as most banks, the Federal Reserve, and other vendors are closed. Any claims scheduled to be processed on Monday, will be delayed by one day due to the holiday.
