Resilient Workplace Certification

VT RETAIN and Invest EAP have partnered to create the Resilient Workplace Certification program for employers. This innovative new program is being offered as a pilot to selected Invest EAP accounts in 2024, and will be offered more broadly in 2025. Participating organizations will take part in assessments of organizational culture, identify areas of change that can impact both employee health and workplace productivity, receive education and training materials, and be connected to additional resources. The Resilient Workplace Certification will give participating organizations the tools and information they need to support the psychological health and safety of the workplace to ensure the overall health of employees.
