Weekly Claim Error Message - Social Security Number

*UPDATE (Monday, March 30)

  • Still Receiving Error Code: If you are still experiencing an error message upon entering your Social Security Number please call the General Assistance Line at 1-877-214-3332
  • Didn't Enter Claim Friday: If you weren't able to enter your claim by Friday, March 27 you are still eligible to receive Unemployment Insurance benefits for the benefit week (3/15-3/21); while there may be delay in receiving benefits, you will still receive them

If you completed the the online application for Unemployment Insurance benefits between March 15 and March 21, your information should have been processed into our system. However, we are aware of an error message that individuals have recieved upon trying to enter their weekly claim. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS IF YOU APPLIED FOR BENEFITS ON OR AFTER SUNDAY, MARCH 22, AS YOU DO NOT YET HAVE ACCESS TO FILE FOR WEEKLY BENEFITS. 

When attempting to file your weekly benefits, if you are receiving an alert stating your social security number is not found, AND you completed the online application between March 15 and March 21, please call our initial claims line to re-establish and file your claim at 1-877-214-3330.  That line is open until 6:00 p.m. today, Friday, March 27. You may also call the general assistance line on Saturday, March 28 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 877-214-3332. 

Please be aware that we are expecting higher than normal call volumes on Friday and Saturday this week due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to assist claimants to the best of our ability, and provide support in this uncertain time.
