The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan is now open for public comment. WIOA requires a plan submission from each state outlining a four-year strategy for the State’s workforce development system. States must have approved plans to receive funding for core programs.
Comments may address the plan overall, be directed at specific sections, or both. Comments should include the full legal name and address of the commenter. Comments made on behalf of an organization or industry group should include the name of the organization and the commenter’s relationship to the organization.

Please submit all comments in writing to: Labor.PublicComment@vermont.gov. The deadline for comment submission is Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
