UPDATE: Our systems are now back up and running. We thank you for your patience as we worked to restore power to our systems. If you were unable to file your weekly claim this morning, it was likely due to the power outage. With systems now back up, claimants may file as normal and the Claimant Assistance Line is once again available for those needing extra assistance.

The Vermont Department of Labor is currently experiencing a power outage at its main office in Montpelier. As a result a number of unemployment and other Department services are currently unavailable. This includes the UI Claimant Assistance line. Please stay tuned for further updates as they become available.
