Return to Work Date Issue

An Update on Return to Work Date Issues:
The Department of Labor is aware claimants with a return to work date that is April 6, 2020, or earlier, are unable to file their weekly claim. The system is being updated to remove the Return to Work date requirement which will allow claimants to begin filing their weekly claim tomorrow.
This does not reduce the payment amount claimants will receive. Claimants have until Friday to file their weekly claim for the week of April 5, 2020. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to work through the high claim volume we are experiencing.
