Question: What is a "post-secondary" candidate?

Answer: A post-secondary participant is a person who is enrolled in a training or educational program after they have earned their high school diploma. An adult CTE student or a student enrolled in a college program of study would be post-secondary participants. We would also consider students who recently completed one of these programs to be an ideal participant.
