Curious about what life after high school might look like? Not sure where to get started?

Join us for our first Transition Age Resource Fair. This is an opportunity to learn about the transition process, explore available resources, and chat directly with folks who can guide and support youth in achieving their goals for employment, education, and independently living after high school.
