The Vermont Department of Labor will operate in a limited capacity on Monday, January 18 due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. Department of Labor offices remain closed to the public due to COVID-19, but will reopen for virtual services on Tuesday, January 19.
- The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Call Center will be open for regular business hours (8:00am – 5:30pm) on Monday, January 18 Claimants may contact the UI Call Center at 1-877-214-3332.
- Regular UI and PUA claimants may continue to file their weekly claims as normal.
- The UI Employer Services line will be closed on Monday, January 18 and regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, January 19.
