Due to a system error, Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) direct deposit benefit payments will be delayed.
If you have submitted a PUA weekly claim that is due for payment, that payment will not process as it regularly would have due to this error. The Department is actively working to resolve the issue and apologize for the error and delay in payment. If you have been impacted by this error, there is no further action required, as notice will be provided once the issue has been solved.
