The Vermont Department of Labor’s Claims Center is currently experiencing a high volume of calls. We recognize this is an important time for claimants and we are working to assist each caller as quickly as possible. Please note that weekday mornings, and especially Mondays, are extremely busy for our Claims Center.
If you are calling to open a claim, you have until 4:00pm on Friday of this current week to do so. If you are attempting to file a weekly certification, you can also file online at labor.vermont.gov. Thank you for your patience as we work to help those in need.
