The Vermont Department of Labor's previously scheduled Employer Town Hall session on Friday, November 12 has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.
This is a result of legal action involving federal OSHA’s published rule relating to COVID-19 vaccinations and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The Department will continue to work with its federal partners to provide clear direction and information on the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) and how it relates to Vermont as it becomes available.
