The Claimant portal is back online, claimants may log in to submit their weekly claim.

The Vermont Unemployment Insurance System is currently experiencing technical issues involving the online claimant portal and automated phone system. In some cases, claimants are unable to file their weekly claim for the benefit week of 12/26/21 – 1/1/22.
Those claimants that experience an issue when trying to file their weekly claim today, January 3rd, are encouraged to try again either later in the day or tomorrow, January 4th.
Due to this issue, we expect longer than average call wait times at our Claimant Assistance Center. Thank you for your patience as we work to fix this as quickly as possible.
