Vermont's Unemployment Insurance System is currently offline due to an unplanned system outage. Because of this, the UI Claimant Assistance Center will be offline until the system can be restored.
If you need to speak with someone from the UI Claimant Assistance Center, please try calling back this afternoon. The number for the Claimant Assistance Center's general assistance line is 877-214-3332. To establish a new UI claim, please call 877-214-3330. (Both lines are impacted by this current outage).
Claimants needing to file a weekly UI claim can still do so using the claimant portal or the automated phone system at 800-983-2300.
