Vermont Department of Labor offices will be closed on Thursday, June 1st, and will resume regular business hours on Friday, June 2nd. This includes all local Job Center locations, as well as the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Claimant Assistance Center.
Jobseekers may access services virtually at Labor.Vermont.gov/Jobs. Complete an online form to make an appointment with a local Career Specialist or create an account on Vermont JobLink to search for local jobs statewide.
Existing UI claimants can use the online claimant portal to file their weekly claim. For new claims, please contact the UI Claimant Assistance Center at (877) 214-3330 on Friday, June 2nd beginning at 9am. Opening a new claim on June 2nd, will not impact a claimant’s ability to file a timely weekly claim.
