Work Search Activity and Weekly Claims Must be Reported Online

With the Work search requirement recently reinstated, beginning Sunday, May 16, unemployment insurance claimants will only be able to use the automated claim filing line if they have a valid return to work date within 10 weeks from the day their initial application was established.

Claimants without a return-to-work date or work search exemption will need to file their weekly claim and report work search activity by using the Online Claimant Portal.

Claimants without internet access may call the UI Claimant Assistance Center at 877-214-3332 to have an agent take your claim. The Claimant Assistance Center is open Monday through Saturday from 8:15 until 5:30 pm.

Please remember, call volume and wait times are usually highest on Monday mornings so please try to call later in the day or week if possible. u have until Friday to submit your weekly claim.
