Get your Resume Ready for a Spring Full of Job Fairs
Montpelier, Vt. – The Department of Labor is preparing for a spring full of job fairs and professional development workshops. Throughout April and May, the Department will host seven hiring events across the state.
“Each year, we gain valuable insight into the needs of both job seekers and employers at these events,” said Workforce Development Director, Jay Ramsey. “This season, we aim to elevate the experience by making the events more interactive. Our plan includes hosting events outdoors, similar to a farmers’ market, where employers, state partners and occasional food trucks will foster a relaxed environment to find meaningful employment.”
