The Commissioner of Labor and The Vermont Passenger Tramway Board are in the process of updating the Passenger Tramway Safety Rules. This update includes the adoption of the 2022 American National Standards Institute for Passenger Ropeways (ANSI B77.1), as well as safety standards specific to Vermont tramways.
